I’ve been immersed in Family & Systemic Constellations for over 15 years, learning from multiple teachers and integrating this with formal training in psychology (BA Psychological Science) and Gestalt psychotherapy (Grad. Cert. Gestalt Therapy).

I was born and raised in Bavaria, Germany and have lived in Australia since 2006. As a mother of three boys and part of a blended family myself, I understand how layered family life can be – especially when you add migration, language, culture and history into the mix.
All of this informs how I sit with you: with curiosity, warmth, and a genuine reverence for the human experience, please call me Mel.

At the heart of my work is a systemic question:
“What is this behaviour, symptom or struggle trying to serve in the wider family system?”
Rather than asking “What’s wrong with me/us?” we gently explore:
